MY ARTWORK - PAGE THREE
The next three pictures aren't actually completed.
The picture below is called "Cave". It could probably be considered a finish picture at this point, but I intended to do more with the picture, especially the area of the cave. In addition, the people inside are doing something, but I have not yet determined what they are supposed to be doing. In time, I suppose something will come to me. If not... like I said, the picture could probably be considered completed at this point.
The following two pictures as already stated aren't actually completed. They are both going to be part of a collection of four pictures representing the four elements of occult philosophy - air, fire, water, and earth. The one on the left is "Fire" and the one on the right is "Water". I have some ideas of what to do with these pictures but just haven't had the time. You may recognize that a part of the "Fire" picture is used as the background border for my website!
I started another picture a short while ago, but have not had time to finish it yet. I have not scanned it because I already knew that I wanted to work on it some more. This next one should have a happier feel altogether. In addition, I have some more ideas of pictures I'd like to get done or at least started sometime. They are concrete ideas in my head. One is a memory of a very intense dream I had before, maybe about two years ago. The other will be an attempt at a collage representing one idea of the spiritual me.
I hope you have enjoyed my watercolour pictures. Hopefully, I will have some more to show sometime. In addition, I hope in looking at these few pages, people will understand the importance of creative expression in spiritual development. When the creativity takes hold, sometimes amazing things will happen - at the very least, you might know a bit more about yourself.
